HOLISTIC Massage
(60 or 90 min)
This massage is a 60 minutes or 90 minutes massage. It envolve mix of techniques individually tailored to the individual with their need for that particular day.
It could be a combination of:
- Relaxation;
- deep tissue;
- reflexology;
- lymphatic drainage;
- cupping;
- trigger point release;
- arnica back scrub;
- feet scrub and more.
Pregnancy Massage (60 or 90 min)
Pregnancy massage is a very relaxig and theraupeutic full body work that focus on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes throgh the dramatic changes of pregnancy. This is a 60 or 90 minutes massage.
It enhances the funcion of muscles and joints, imrpoves circulation and relieves mental and physical fatigue. You will feel this massage is so relaxing and it is an effective treatment for your discomfort.
